Highly Skilled Project Director

Job Purpose:
- Lead the Critical Facilities & Engineering team in Hong Kong to manage and deliver a range of assigned projects
- Responsible for delivering exceptional project management solutions, demonstrating leadership and coaching to other Project Managers and team members, and driving innovation in service delivery
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Team Lead in managing multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver large-scale projects and professional assignments in live operating environments
- Contribute expert knowledge to the delivery of solutions led by the Service Leaders
- Advise, guide, and direct team members on project execution strategies
- Collaborate with the team to manage project-related issues and liaise with stakeholders on requirements
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members, providing training and procedures on specific tasks required for effective job performance
- Develop strong personal relationships with team members to plan, review, and implement project activities associated with the supply chain regarding safety, program, quality, contractor performance, and recommending corrective action
- Deliver agreed-upon project scope (inclusive of contract administration if required)
- Work with client stakeholders and operational teams to deliver project solutions that support the operational model
- Ensure projects are executed within the framework of risk, sustainability, and environmental considerations agreed upon at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost, and quality
Requirements:
- Recognized degree in Building Services, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant discipline
- Proven track record with minimum of 15 years of relevant experience from large-scale system upgrading projects preferable
- Experience in Data Centre/Critical Facilities (MEP) needed
- Excellent skills in communication, leadership, planning, and organization
- Require good competency in communication, leadership, planning, and relevant experience in churn management
Estimated Salary Range: HK$120,000 - HK$180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
