Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide daily application and operations support to internal and external users in regions. You will work closely with vendors and users to understand requirements and coordinate with IT Business Analysts.
  • As an IT Support Specialist, you will conduct first-level system analysis and provide effective solutions. You will also develop and execute testing for system modifications, as well as develop various reports for management or operation using software reporting tools.
  • In this role, you will carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by your supervisor, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver results efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma holder or above in Computer Science or related discipline, and at least 1 year of relevant working experience in project management, application support, and user training.
  • You should be proficient in SQL with joins and debugging at the SQL level, and have good knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Additionally, you should have good knowledge of logistics applications, project management tools, and Office applications such as MS Project, MS Visio, and MS Office.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, are essential for this role.
  • You should also be a good team player with analytical and problem-solving skills, independent with attention to detail, and possess a good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Last but not least, you should be willing to travel.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is between HKD $40,000 to HKD $60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
