Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, features, and user experiences for our institutional offering
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and continuous improvement
- Serve as the subject matter expert on institutional crypto products, educating internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and execute on new business development opportunities to acquire and onboard institutional clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform our product strategy
- Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure our institutional product suite meets all regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of successfully launching new products and services for institutional or enterprise clients. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the institutional digital asset ecosystem, including custody, trading, and related services.
Qualifications:
- Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable product plans
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products and services for institutional or enterprise clients
- 5+ years of experience in new product development and product management, or a similar role within the financial services or digital assets industry
- In-depth understanding of the institutional digital asset ecosystem, including custody, trading, and related services
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including experience working with senior leadership
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements for institutional crypto products
