Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our Marketing & Communications Department as a Marketing Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a range of external and internal communication initiatives to elevate our corporate brand and support our service lines' marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing templates to maintain brand consistency across all service lines in Greater China.
  • Write and translate internal and external communications, including advertisements, print and digital collateral, speeches, and website content.
  • Coordinate and produce marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, staff CVs, eDMs, and industry award submissions.
  • Liaise with marketing agencies on marketing initiatives, advert placement, and sponsorship programs.
  • Coordinate staff photography and assist in the production of corporate videos.
  • Organize corporate events, including company cocktails, seminars, sponsored events, CSR events, media events, and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Languages, Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years' relevant experience in marketing and communications.
  • Excellent and creative copywriting skills in English and Chinese.
  • Fluent in both spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A meticulous eye for detail.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer.
