About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing campaigns and drive business growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns with minimal supervision;
  • Leading solutions-focused planning with business partners on marketing initiatives and campaigns;
  • Engaging business partners and suppliers independently with sales teams;
  • Driving end-to-end event execution with internal and external customers;
  • Managing e-marketing campaigns and reporting tools;
  • Tracking and monitoring leads and opportunities with brands;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or its equivalent;
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and marketing-driven strategies;
  • Experience in working with sales teams and driving business growth;
  • Excellent communication and written skills, as well as ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Foresight and analytical skills to align with global strategies;
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
  • Capable of building strong networks with suppliers, customers, and internal sales teams;
  • Meticulous towards details and reporting of marketing analysis.
