We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Campaign Strategist to lead our Macau operations and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that leverage our agency offerings and drive mutual benefits for clients and the agency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and providing effective solutions.
  • Create project proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and staffing plans, ensuring clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by actively listening to their needs, responding promptly, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Communicate roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, and project status/action items clearly to clients.

Team Management

  • Oversee project management from planning to execution, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Foster effective team communication and collaboration, facilitating regular meetings and managing project workflows.
  • Develop junior team members' skills by assigning challenging tasks and providing constructive feedback.

Budget Management

  • Monitor client profitability and manage budget communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with planners and creative partners to ensure agency solutions address business needs.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for clients.
  • Establish measurement metrics to evaluate campaign success.

Requirements

  • College degree and 6-8+ years of marketing/client services experience.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated account management competencies, including accountability, client focus, team effectiveness, sales drive, and influencing others.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Join us in shaping the future of marketing and events in Macau.
