Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Draft and Revise Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance manuals and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  2. Advisory Role: Provide expert guidance on company-related matters to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, laws, and industry best practices.
  3. SFC Inquiry Management: Handle responses to SFC inquiries, follow up on implementation, and ensure timely resolution of all related matters.
  4. AML and Compliance Review: Conduct regular AML reviews, provide guidance on product promotion and sales, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Policies and Systems Development: Assist in formulating and implementing effective compliance policies and systems that align with the company's goals.
  6. Licensed Corporation Management: Oversee the management of licensed corporations, personnel licenses, employee training, and CPT management.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in compliance roles.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-driven, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
