We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Investor Relations Manager to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited. As a key member of our Investor Relations department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in convening Investor Relations Committee meetings, including logistics arrangement and supporting work.
• Organize Investor Relations activities, such as roadshows, reverse roadshows, and related communications, as well as daily meetings with analysts and investors.
• Monitor capital market performances, conduct shareholder analysis, collect market statistics, industry information, financial data, and analyst reports.
• Maintain various databases and participate in the production of daily and monthly stock performance reports, as well as ad-hoc reports.
• Assist in updating the Investor Relations website, manage the investor hotline, and handle filing.
Requirements:
• Degree holder with a major in economics, finance, financial management, accounting, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year at a listed company or banking sector preferred.
• CFA or CPA holder preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and attention to detail essential.
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin a definite advantage.
• Good command of computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
