Ocean Park Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Licensing Manager to lead our IP licensing business forward.

  • Formulate and execute strategic licensing strategies to maximize business opportunities
  • Identify potential agencies and licensees for our IP licensing opportunities
  • Manage all licensing functions, including business term negotiations, agreements, reporting, brand assurance, and invoicing
  • Manage budgets and financial forecasts related to licensing projects
  • Provide commercial input on style guide development

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IP licensing industry and excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines is required. At least 10 years' working experience in IP licensing business, including at least 4 years in a managerial position, is preferred.
