About the Role

This exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Manager offers a competitive salary of around HK$60,000 per month, depending on experience. You will be responsible for providing effective solutions to customer enquiries and complaints via various service channels, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintaining high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.

As a leader, you will coach and feedback to team members, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and professional customer service via multiple channels
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Maintain high employee engagement and satisfaction levels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisor role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving results through others
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (written and read)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PPT, and Word
