We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team, driving growth and expansion through strategic business planning and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to expand the customer base and ensure the company's strong presence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers (distributors and processors) through effective partnerships and understanding their needs.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder.
- At least 5 years of work experience, with 2+ years in trading roles across various industries, preferably in the food ingredient sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
- Accomplished in managing workflows and resolving issues.
- Motivated, driven, and independent thinker.
- Skilled negotiator and adept at working under pressure.
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills in complex scenarios.
- Considered as Sales Executive with less experience.
