We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team, driving growth and expansion through strategic business planning and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to expand the customer base and ensure the company's strong presence.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers (distributors and processors) through effective partnerships and understanding their needs.

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder.
  • At least 5 years of work experience, with 2+ years in trading roles across various industries, preferably in the food ingredient sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
  • Accomplished in managing workflows and resolving issues.
  • Motivated, driven, and independent thinker.
  • Skilled negotiator and adept at working under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills in complex scenarios.
  • Considered as Sales Executive with less experience.
