Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Trainer | Field Coach to join our Vita Green Health Product Company Limited team. As the trainer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service excellence among our retail staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver engaging training sessions to improve retail staff knowledge, skills, and performance.
  • Staff Coaching and Development: Assess staff performance through on-the-job coaching, observation, and feedback to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Training Materials and Resources: Collaborate with the HR department and Retail Managers to identify training needs and develop relevant training materials.
  • Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to provide expert guidance to retail staff.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on training activities and the effectiveness of training programs to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Trainer, Field Coach, or similar role within the retail industry.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, customer service principles, and product knowledge, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is required.
