Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely pick up and delivery of diamonds
  • Perform basic quality checks of diamonds, including checking inscription and weight
  • Pack diamonds and arrange for shipments
  • Monitor shipments and coordinate with internal staff for timely delivery of shipments to customers
  • Prepare E AWB and Declaration
  • Prepare daily reporting for job duties in excel and system

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in diamond/luxury shipping, logistics, inventory, and shipment
  • Basic diamond grading, handling, and packing knowledge
  • Familiarity with diamond shipment operations
  • Able to go to suppliers for meetings and pick up/deliver
