Job Summary

This Sales Administration Officer will play a key role in supporting the Hong Kong sales and marketing objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and processing quotation requests, performing monthly reconciliations, and generating quarterly sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and marketing activities to help achieve team objectives in Hong Kong.
  • Coordinate and process quotation requests for the sales team.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of reagent rental database with technical service/finance/sales support team.
  • Generate quarterly sales reports and analyze contract performance.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and address challenges, and work with the team to identify resolutions.
  • Interface with sales, customer service/technical service, and finance to ensure full SOX compliance in the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business Studies or Biosciences/Biomedical.
  • 3 or more years of experience in business support or sales administrative roles.
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to communicate with all internal stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Well-versed in IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (SFDC), and SAP.
  • Comfortable with Excel, SAP, SalesForce.com, Microsoft Project, and manipulating large databases.
  • Ability to define challenges, collect data, and establish facts for analysis purposes.
  • Experience assessing compliance with company policies and SOPs.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
