Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Sales Executive to join our team at Experior Asia in Hong Kong. As a key member of our education recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Attract new customers, sell our services to clients via phone and in-person, maintain current and new relationships, negotiate and sign contracts, and attend school fairs to communicate with school leaders.
  • Admin: Provide support for the company and teaching staff, complete general ad-hoc office tasks, send out invoices via post, file expenses, apply for visas, and liaise with immigration.
Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline (related education preferred)
  • Experience working in the same or similar field
  • Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin a plus
  • Valid work visa
