About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join HKT as a Credit Control Officer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable management process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer payment behavior and identify potential risks
  • Follow up with customers on past due invoices and negotiate payment plans
  • Carry out debt recovery actions in accordance with company procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and discrepancies
  • Develop and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of our credit control function
  • Prepare and analyze operation statistics and reports for management review

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account receivable management
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP system operations
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
