The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Service Manager and work closely with a team of 8 service engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medical equipment and products on-site in hospitals, healthcare centers, and elderly centers in Hong Kong.
- Perform installation, maintenance, repairs, and testing of the company's range of medical equipment.
- Conduct routine scheduled servicing (both preventative and reactive) to ensure systems are installed to full working capacity.
- Provide technical solutions professionally and within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts in the service ERP system.
- Uphold safety and integrity standards for all serviced products in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering/Biomedical Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of technical/service/engineering experience in any products, preferably in machinery/equipment/devices.
- Experience within the medical, healthcare, or service-related sector is an advantage.
- Field experience in healthcare or medical devices is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Product training will be provided.
