**Job Overview:**

The Product Development Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development of new products, including POS systems and online sales platforms.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and Manage a Team: Direct and supervise a team focused on developing innovative products that meet the needs of the insurance sector.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product teams and offshore development teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prioritize Tasks and Manage Timelines: Effectively prioritize tasks and manage timelines to ensure successful product launches.
  • Drive Automation Efforts: Implement automation strategies to enhance team efficiency and reduce manual processes.


**Requirements:**

  • 10+ Years of Experience: Possess a strong understanding of product features in the insurance sector, gained through 10+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Vendor Management Experience: Proven ability to oversee the entire product development journey, from concept to launch.
  • Pressure Management: Demonstrate a strong ability to handle pressure and effectively manage tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS Systems: Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Project Management Experience: Possess experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in managing projects.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
