Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by attending to daily enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Trade Show Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, lead factory/line visits, and interpret customer requirements to engineers or production teams.
  • Requirements Management: Manage and coordinate requirements from customers, engineers, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience as a coordinator in Trading or factory in Home appliance, audio, or Consumer Electronics.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, well-organized, and eager to learn. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
