Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, diverse environments and will play a crucial role in crafting and disseminating content and brand messaging across various platforms. This position is pivotal in ensuring that all communications align with Lalamove's core messages, tone, and voice, ultimately driving our marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with business strategies and global communication frameworks.
  • Create, edit, and enhance communication materials to effectively convey our value proposition and product features to consumers, business clients, and driver-partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Marketing, Product & Tech, Operations, and Customer Service, to produce engaging content across our app, website, social media, and other channels.
  • Coordinate with PR and marketing partners to manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
  • Work alongside digital marketers and designers to create high-quality multimedia content.
  • Gather market intelligence, analyze insights, and report on content and PR initiatives to demonstrate their alignment with overall business and marketing goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in content planning, media, online publication, or similar areas.
  • Experience in the tech, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors is a plus.
  • Strong background in digital content marketing, including SEO and basic measurement metrics.
  • Creative thinker with exceptional storytelling abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in Chinese and fluent in English.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for content and communications; proactive, self-motivated, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
