Fund Administration Specialist for Private Equity and Alternative Investments

We are seeking an experienced Fund Administration Manager to join our team in Global Private Equity. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for fund investment accounting, ensuring accurate financial disclosure and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Fund Investment Accounting: Manage funds' liquidity management, invested capital preparation, transaction structure understanding, investment dividend calculation, and deal exits dividend and carried interest calculation.
- Support End-to-End Fund Operations: Assist with fund capital calls/distributions activities, pre/post-investment deal structure/documentation review to ensure compliance with fund agreements & tax regulations.
- Finance Related Enquiries: Manage finance-related enquiries from Limited Partners (LPs) by collaborating with Investor Relations (IR).
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Liaise and oversee the performance of external service providers, participate in regional/global ad-hoc projects related to fund raising and operations.
- Qualified Accountant: Well-qualified graduate in accounting, finance or equivalent; Big4 trained is highly desirable with 6 years+ relevant fund accounting/fund admin experience.
- Understanding of Private Equity, Private Debt, or Alternative Investments: Essential skills include strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and adaptability to working in a multicultural environment.
