Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Import Operations Manager at ALL-STAR AGENCY. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the issuance of Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees, as well as handling the lodgment and retirement of LC and collection bills.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Issuance of Letters of Credit, including Back-to-Back LCs and Standby LCs.
  • Issuance of Bank Guarantees to facilitate secure transactions for clients.
  • Lodgment and retirement of LC and collection bills.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of trade documents to ensure conformity with the terms of the LC and adherence to international trade regulations.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in a relevant field or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in trade operations within the banking sector, with a strong focus on import processes.
  • CDCS qualification is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively work with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Excel, word processing software, and online banking systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential, with strong negotiation skills in both languages.
