Floor Team Lead

As a key member of the Cos team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and build a loyal customer base. With a focus on operational excellence, you will lead a dedicated team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize excellent customer service by providing styling advice, product knowledge, and ensuring seamless store experiences.
- Analyse sales data and collaborate with the store manager to optimize sales performance and department efficiency.
- Lead a high-performing team of sales assistants to maintain exceptional standards of service and sales achievement.
- Support talent acquisition, induction, and training to develop team members' skills and confidence.
- Assist the store manager in identifying future talents and developing tailored development plans to support their career growth.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflows and maximum productivity.
- Represent Cos as a brand ambassador, delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
- In the absence of the store manager, step into the leadership role, demonstrating expertise and adaptability.
