Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions to corporate customers, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-friendly project execution.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business and user requirement analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Resource Management: Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and resource allocation to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance plans, monitor test plan execution, and resolve project-related issues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure new product launches meet regulatory requirements, and perform post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of working experience in Business Analysis within the eBanking industry, with at least 5 years of IT project management experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and report-writing skills, leadership, coaching, and change management skills, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Language: Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with knowledge of Mandarin being a plus.
