Job Description

We seek a high-caliber professional to join us as Strategic Product Development Manager - Fixed Income, focusing on implementing strategic development of fixed income products to increase market competitiveness and grow product penetration in Retail, Personal Banking, and Wealth Management segments.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for fixed income products to enhance market competitiveness and drive growth in key segments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage fixed income product information and external counterparties to ensure timely pricing, liquidity, and market updates
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and identify potential areas impacting bond market performance
  • Participate in due diligence and ongoing monitoring of fixed income products throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements
  • Define product vision and work closely with stakeholders for successful product delivery
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines on product approval, development, and implementation

Requirements
  • University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in product development or business experience in fixed income products
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in product development, with exposure to due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and new product ideas
  • Excellent market sense and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently under pressure
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg and advanced MS Excel
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese
  • Ownership mindset and commitment to delivering efficient customer service processes
