Key Responsibilities- Drive product development tasks, including designing workflow, drafting system requirements, conducting product development documentation, and coordinating development projects.
- Apply new market trends and technologies in product development, considering real-world needs and customer expectations.
- Analyze daily products and procedures with a developmental perspective, proposing and implementing optimization in a timely manner.
- Maintain focus on customer needs and risk sensitivity, ensuring compliance principles and efficient product delivery.
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Business Administration, Investment, Economics, or related fields.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent are advantageous.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in financial market product development or similar roles in the financial industry.
- Profound knowledge of relevant regulations and policies in the financial markets.
- Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Problem-solving attitude, determination, and sense of responsibility.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with regular communication with China and Southeast Asian institutions.
