Overview:

We are partnering with a prestigious banking client in their search for a dynamic Product Development Manager specializing in credit cards. This pivotal role is essential for spearheading the development and enhancement of innovative credit card products across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and develop a range of credit card and card loan products, incorporating features for offline, mobile, and online application platforms.
  • Analyze user requirements related to the credit card business, collaborating with relevant departments to fine-tune these specifications.
  • Engage in projects aimed at enhancing online banking and mobile app functionalities concerning credit card applications and user self-service options.
  • Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive offerings, leveraging insights to shape product development strategies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands.
  • Monitor product performance through data analysis and customer feedback, providing actionable recommendations for improvements and new features.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to devise effective go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns for new credit card products.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on new products and features to guarantee effective implementation and exemplary customer service.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of product development experience in credit card offerings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively to inform product decisions.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with current trends in digital banking, mobile applications, and user experience design.
