As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will play a key role in developing marketing strategies for our product line and executing marketing programs to achieve agreed goals. This includes managing administrative works, developing forecasts, and managing stock inventory. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing strategies for the product line and execute marketing programs to achieve agreed goals
  • Manage administrative works, develop forecasts, and manage stock inventory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams
  • A&P management and budget control of assigned projects
  • Develop and engage KOLs in relevant therapeutic areas
  • Develop product materials and conduct product trainings for sales team
  • Initiate and develop business from existing and new clients through rapport communication and regular business reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to fulfill needs of business growth

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business, Science, Biochemistry or Medical related discipline
  • 8 years' sales and marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Highly self-driven and good leading skills to achieve goals
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
