About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Journey Development Specialist to join our team at Thakral One. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for improving the onboarding journeys across channels and enhancing straight-through processing (STP) rates and reducing turn-around time (TAT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, credit, underwriting, and market teams to manage the daily process flow, including process measurement, analysis, and addressing breakdowns as needed.
  • Develop expertise knowledge of new account onboarding operational procedures and ensure documentation is relevant and updated.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve reporting and analysis associated with new account onboarding, leveraging the credit, underwriting, and analytics teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the innovation landscape in Asia, develop relationships with relevant third-party solution providers, and collaborate, prioritize, and deliver efficiencies to create better experiences for new customers.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as STP and TAT rates for each product by channel, CPA and cost efficiency improvement metrics, cards and loans acquisition numbers, and cards and loans approval rates.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in the consumer financial services industry, with a deep understanding of unsecured asset businesses.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-channel sales programs and building business through digital channels.
  • Experience operating unsecured lending in the Asian market and insights on the competitive and innovation landscape in unsecured lending in Asia.
  • Retail banking experience, familiarity with large bank environments, and strong influencing skills navigating matrixed environments.
