  3. Configuration Management: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot the configuration management platform from a network perspective, ensuring accurate and up-to-date network configurations.
  4. Network Equipment Management: Design, set up, and maintain all network equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  5. Technical Support: Provide technical support to developers from a network perspective, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient issue resolution.
  6. Inter-Site Connectivity: Ensure inter-site connectivity across required network segments for multicast and broadcast traffic, ensuring reliable and efficient data transfer.
  7. Green-Field Environment: Set up, maintain, and support a green-field environment according to program schedule, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
  8. Network Topology: Establish a secure and robust network topology, ensuring low latency and high stability.
  9. Infrastructure Integration: Ensure new network infrastructure communicates seamlessly with existing infrastructure, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 8 or more years of hands-on experience in Web and Network infrastructure areas.
  2. Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience with products such as CISCO, Avaya, Fortinet, Bluecoat, F5, Palo Alto, and Aruba.
  3. Infrastructure Support: Demonstrated experience in supporting infrastructures of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, LAN, WAN, MAN, VoIP, Wi-Fi, TDM to IPT migrations, IPT consolidations, Voicemail, voice recording, SIP, SBC (Session border controller), etc.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  5. Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
