European Watch Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at JPC TEXSON LTD. As a key member of our watch trading and manufacturing department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing assigned watch projects from initial planning through to completion. You will work closely with the Design team to develop and refine product designs, and negotiate and liaise with suppliers regarding the structure and feasibility of watch products. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the watch industry, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee assigned watch projects from initial planning through to completion
• Collaborate with the Design team to develop and refine product designs
• Liaise with suppliers regarding the structure and feasibility of watch products
• Ensure that project schedules are maintained and deadlines are met
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
• 5+ years work experience in watch trading/manufacturing/sourcing offices
• Project management exposure is a big plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
