European Watch Trade Specialist

JPC Texson Ltd is a European watch trading company with a strong presence in the industry. We specialize in developing new projects and products that meet our clients' requirements and international standards.
Our company offers rapid prototyping and sample production services for ODM and OEM products. We primarily serve US and European watch brands and clients, with partnerships with vendor factories in Guangdong.
Job Role:
- Reports to: Project Director
- Project Responsibilities: Manage assigned watch projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Client Interaction: Communicate and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with the Design team to develop and refine product designs.
- Supplier Engagement: Negotiate and liaise with suppliers regarding watch product feasibility and structure.
- Schedule Management: Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
- International Travel: Occasional travel to China, primarily Shenzhen and Dongguan, for project-related activities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Work Experience: 5+ years in watch trading/manufacturing/sourcing offices; project management experience is highly valued.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Perspectives: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
