Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial statements, management accounts, and other internal/external financial reports.
- Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis on actual vs budget/forecast figures and report on key variances.
- Financial Insights: Provide analysis and insights into business/financial performance, costs, margins, etc.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and advising on financial implications of business decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and liaison with external auditors.
- Financial Systems: Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes.
- Risk Management: Identify opportunities and risks through financial analysis and recommend actions.
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field with professional qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in a financial reporting and analysis management role.
- Leadership: Experienced in managing teams and staff development.
- Expertise: Expert knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and analysis techniques.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, accounting systems, reporting tools.
- Language: Fluent in English with other Asian language skills desirable.
