Join Our Team as a Financial Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to partner with our FP&A Lead in managing the financial reporting and analysis process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements, management accounts, and other internal/external financial reports.
  • Perform variance analysis on actual vs budget/forecast figures and report on key variances.
  • Provide analysis and insights into business/financial performance, costs, margins, and other key metrics.
  • Assist in strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and advising on financial implications of business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and liaison with external auditors.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes.
  • Identify opportunities and risks through financial analysis and recommend actions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field with professional qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial reporting and analysis management role.
  • Experienced in managing teams and staff development.
  • Expert knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and analysis techniques.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non-finance colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office, accounting systems, reporting tools.
  • Previous experience working in the communication industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with other Asian language skills desirable.
