Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) meetings.
  • Prepare in-depth financial analysis reports, comparing current performance to previous months, budget, and year-over-year results.
  • Analyze variances in product pricing, funding, and margin against budget targets.
  • Develop and present management meeting materials, providing detailed explanations at the divisional level.
  • Monitor and manage monthly cost allocations and expenses.
  • Provide operating expenses reports to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate in devising product profitability reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, sales targets, dashboards, and metrics to achieve divisional goals.
  • Prepare reports on Relationship Manager (RM) productivity.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Incumbent Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Banking, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of experience in banking, finance, business planning, and analytics.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced operating environment and work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, strong analytical skills, and creative thinking.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proficiency in VBA and Macro usage/query is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
