Job Summary:

The Management Reporting team at HKEX is responsible for the Group's budgeting, forecasting, internal management reporting, and project financial control. We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, produce, and analyze financial and management reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Prepare financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and growth.
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners to drive efficiency and effectiveness in management reporting processes.
  • Participate in firm-wide and Finance Division-driven process improvement initiatives to enhance our operations.
  • Initiate and manage system enhancements for various management reporting processes to improve data accuracy and reliability.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and detailed financial variance analysis, forecasting models, and scenario analysis.
  • Support monthly rolling forecasting processes and annual budgeting processes.
  • Support project accounting and control, and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Qualified accountant with 6+ years of relevant working experience in management reporting and budgeting, preferably in large organizations.
  • Conversant with Hyperion Planning, Oracle, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools and dashboards.
  • Well-versed with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
