Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

China Re Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for collaborating with department heads to facilitate the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities across all business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance budgeting and forecasting methodologies to align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Examine monthly management reports to extract valuable insights and assess performance against budget and forecast projections.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends and market dynamics, and recommend relevant benchmarks for evaluating business performance.
  • Offer expert guidance and support to business units on matters related to performance monitoring, financial implications of operational decisions, investment assessments, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Lead strategic initiatives at the organizational level, collaborating with Operations and support functions to drive project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA/CFA qualification in progress or attained.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Big-4 advisory/corporate finance or commercial FP&A/Corporate Finance roles, preferably within financial sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Demonstrated confidence in interpreting financial data and communicating key insights to influence decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation design.
  • Strong research capabilities and adeptness in delivering impactful presentations in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
