Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial reports, plans, and analyses for Private Banking, including P&L and B/S statements, client metrics, and business performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Regional Business Finance and Group FP&A to submit actuals, flash/forecast, and budget data, and conduct variance analysis.
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive discussions and growth initiatives at the Hong Kong and regional levels.
- Deliver insightful financial and non-financial performance analyses using digital tools and business unit inputs.
- Advise business on revenue recognition, expense booking, and other accounting matters.
- Streamline and refine existing processes for actuals, flash/forecast, and budget.
- Support new projects and initiatives as required.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, with 8-10 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis, performance management, research, and/or consulting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Hyperion and PSGL, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Prior experience in budgeting processes, Funds Transfer Pricing, and wealth management products.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle stress and deliver quality analysis within tight timelines.
- Prior experience in supporting private banking business is preferred.
- Experience with visualization software (Qlikview, Tableau, Think-Cell, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong data mining, database management, and programming skills are preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
