Senior Clearance Specialist

FedEx Group is seeking a senior clearance specialist to lead our clearance operations in the North Pacific and Southeast Asia markets.

About the Role:

  • This is a technical leadership position that requires expertise in clearance technology, process engineering, and performance management.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and deploying new systems and technologies to improve customer experience and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to validate FTE needs and conducting ad-hoc manpower assessments as required.
  • As a team leader, you will manage a group of up to 9 engineers across different markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and deploy new clearance technology solutions to improve customer experience and regulatory compliance.
  2. Establish design-led clearance operations by auditing and updating SOPs and validating actual results.
  3. Own full responsibility for improving OPS cost for clearance and performance for end customers.
  4. Work with stakeholders to validate FTE needs and conduct ad-hoc manpower assessments.
  5. Manage a team of up to 9 engineers across different markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience.
