**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with our technology operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying existing and potential risks in IT operations and reporting them to supervisors and relevant parties in a timely manner;
- Developing and implementing effective detection and control measures to strengthen the safety and effectiveness of IT Department's production operations;
- Coordinating communication and cooperation with internal and external parties to resolve issues related to information security, system audit, production safety, and compliance;
- Performing production incident investigations, assisting in analyzing root causes, and determining necessary rectifications;
- Coordinating regulatory examinations and internal/external audits, monitoring the status of rectifications;
- Formulating and maintaining emergency response plans and procedures for the IT Department;
- Conducting compliance checks on departments' policies and procedures, monitoring review status;
- Carrying out training to promote awareness related to production safety.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- University degree or above;
- At least 5 years of banking or IT professional experience, with at least 1 year of managerial experience;
- Good knowledge of production control and monitoring, with the ability to make professional opinions on deliverables' quality and completeness;
- Strong business and general managerial skills;
- Knowledge of system development, quality management, and auditing in financial system technology;
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry practices in Hong Kong, with relevant knowledge in Mainland China and Southeast Asia an advantage;
- Demonstrated experience in incident management and familiarity with the methodology of IT internal control;
- Deep understanding of IT technology, including networking operating systems, programming languages, development, and testing methodologies;
- Holders of CISA, CISSP, and PMP certifications are preferable;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good organizational skills and analysis skills.
