Key Responsibilities:

  • Diligent Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments on credit proposals submitted by front-line teams, exercise sound credit judgment, and make informed credit recommendations.
  • Internal Credit Rating Evaluation: Assess obligors' internal credit ratings to ensure their alignment with our credit policies and procedures.
  • Proactive Credit Monitoring: Perform ongoing credit monitoring and management at both client and portfolio levels to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Policy Alignment: Ensure all internal credit policies and procedures are up-to-date, aligned with regulatory requirements, and effectively implemented across the organization.
  • Report Preparation: Assist in preparing comprehensive credit reports and proposals for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk management or corporate credit approval.
  • Sound understanding of various risk issues across corporations, industries, and regions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
