Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Support the development and implementation of portfolio management processes to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Project Management: Assist in the continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and templates to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
  • Change Management: Support change managers in developing and implementing change plans to drive business transformation and improvement.
  • Training and Development: Support the development and delivery of training programs for project managers and other stakeholders to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality across the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale projects, with a mix of consulting and in-house experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Scrum Master, PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or other relevant certifications.
