About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Transformation Specialist to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through the effective transformation of our IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business divisions to define project scope and planning during project initiation phases, ensuring clarity on business objectives and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project timelines for implementation approaches, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide business advisory services to customers, helping them understand the value of applications to their business.
  • Contribute to business proposals, ensuring technical content is accurately represented.
  • Facilitate discussions with vendors to understand business requirements and guide them in building, integrating, testing, and delivering application solutions.
  • Review solution deliverables to ensure they meet AXA's policies, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor projects throughout the delivery life cycle, controlling scope, schedule, and cost for IT projects.
  • Oversee the delivery of trainings and knowledge transfer to production support teams, ensuring necessary knowledge is transferred.
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT solution delivery, with at least 3 years' experience in the insurance/financial services field.
  • Good understanding of system development life cycle and quality assurance process.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of AS400 RPGILE system development in life insurance/financial services field.
  • Working experience in Asia countries, with understanding of country characteristics, cultures, and work style.
