Sirius Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP FX Structuring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our FX derivatives team, you will be responsible for developing and executing structured products that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development
    • Design and develop structured products, including due diligence, deal execution, pricing, process, and systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and customize products for our clients.
  • Business Development
    • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
    • Provide technical expertise and education to our marketing staff and clients to ensure they have a deep understanding of our products.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of junior members to achieve targets and ensure the successful execution of projects.
    • Implement and oversee policy and governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements

Qualifications

  • University degree with 8+ years of experience in FX options and structured products.
  • Proven track record as an FX product owner/structurer with a strong understanding of treasury operations and banking issues.
  • Excellent knowledge of FX options and structured products, including hedging and wealth management products.
  • Familiarity with trading systems and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ownership and customer service mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
