Administrative Closing Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Closing Specialist to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. This role will provide support in closing administration and operations, ensuring the validity of contracts, loans, and closing documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the closing team.
- Perform a range of closing administration operations tasks, including document review and preparation.
- Respond to internal and external requests for information regarding closing disbursements and contract documents.
- Prepare and distribute reports as required to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless closing operations.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above.
- Proven experience in customer service and administration, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and other computer systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
