Job Title: Order Taker

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Order Taker to join our team at The Peninsula Hong Kong. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deliver exceptional service, providing personalized and gracious service to our guests.
  • Be familiar with our Room Service menu and beverage list, including daily availability and seasonal specialties.
  • Process Room Service F&B revenue transactions, including preparation of guest checks.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, using a polite and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of related experience in the hotel or F&B industry.
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and ResPAK.
  • Familiarity with customer service expectations in five-star hotel operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our guests.
