Responsibilities 職責:

Delivers services according to Forbes, LQA and Peninsula standards and delights guest by providing personalized and gracious service 根據福布斯、LQA 和半島酒店標準提供服務，並通過提供個人化和親切的服務來取悅客人 Takes food and beverage orders and introduces seasonal delicacies, as well as advises guests on the selection of food and beverage items 接受餐飲訂單，介紹時令美食，並就食品和飲料的選擇向客人提供建議 Be familiar with the Room Service menu and beverage list, the daily availability of items and seasonal specialties including prices 熟悉餐飲菜單的價格，每日供應的物品和時令特色菜 Records and processes Room Service F&B revenue transactions including preparation of the guests check 記錄和處理客房服務餐飲收入交易，包括準備客人賬單 Communicates over the telephone in a polite manner to promote a high degree of guest satisfaction 以禮貌的方式通過電話溝通，以提高客戶滿意度

Requirements 要求:

Minimum two years of related experience in Hotel or F&B industry 工作經驗：在酒店或餐飲行業至少有兩年的相關經驗 Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 良好的英語和中文口語（粵語和普通話） Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office), good knowledge of ResPAK 基本的電腦知識（Microsoft Office），良好的ResPAK知識 Familiar with customer service expectations in five-star hotel operations 熟悉客戶對五星級酒店服務的期望 Ability to take telephone orders of food and beverages items in a courteous and friendly manner 能夠以禮貌友好的方式接受餐飲的電話訂單
