Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, document, test, implement, and maintain applications.
- Oversee the preparation of outsource applications requirements and conduct pre-UAT testing.
- Define and analyze business requirements, system problems, testing standards, and solutions.
- Prioritize requirements and communicate system design to key users for review and approval.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, implement new technology applications, and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with developers (in-house or outsourced) to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on new applications.
- Produce routine IT/Security reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate business continuity planning and disaster recovery exercises.
- Develop and manage the annual IT plan and budget.
- Organize annual IT security penetration testing.
- Undertake various ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Perform additional tasks as required by management.
