Job Role

The Head of Information Technology will lead our client's IT department in managing all aspects of IT operations, including retail store systems, CRM, POS, SAP, help desk support, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and implementation of IT projects.
  • Overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP, CRM, and POS systems across all retail locations.
  • Ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of IT systems, including retail store technology, data analytics, help desk support, and online shopping platforms.
  • Collaborating with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of IT projects and services.
  • Managing project implementation cycle and assuring quality of deliverables are within scheduled timeline.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, CRM systems, POS systems, and other retail-related IT platforms.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a must.
  • Good knowledge of retailing projects.
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua.
  • Good team player, well organized, able to work independently and under pressure.
