You will be part of a high-growth multi-national fintech's legal team, focusing on global licensing strategy execution and operationalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for key legal projects primarily related to licensing, corporate structure, and overseas expansion.
  • Assist in applying for and renewing various licenses in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial matters for the Group companies in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead vendor and counterparty due diligence and onboarding.
  • Be the subject matter expert on corporate structure and local regulation compliance for our Group entities.
  • Conduct legal research on licensing and legal environments of new jurisdictions.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Law.
  • Incredible attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects across time zones.
  • Ability to work independently and confidently lead junior work on key projects.
  • A deep understanding of relevant regulations and the ability to assess situations with creativity and thoughtfulness.
